GrocyKart ships dry fruits, spices, and seasonings across serviceable locations. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping charges, delivery timelines, and how orders are dispatched and tracked.
Our standard shipping charges are based on your order value:

Orders worth ₹499 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹499 are charged a flat ₹70 shipping fee, added automatically at checkout.
Need your order sooner? You can choose Express Delivery at checkout for faster dispatch and delivery.

The Express Delivery charge of ₹100 applies on top of your order total and is not waived even if your order value is above ₹499, since it covers priority processing and faster courier handling.
- Standard Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Delivery: Typically 1–2 business days in serviceable pin codes.
- Timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons, sales, or due to weather and courier delays.
We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through our logistics partners. Availability of standard and express delivery may vary depending on your pin code. You can check delivery availability and estimated timelines by entering your pin code at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS. You can track your order status anytime from the "My Orders" section of your GrocyKart account.
While we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details. If your order is significantly delayed or not delivered, please reach out to our support team and we will help resolve it promptly.
